How to pour the perfect summer cup

  1. Hot-steep & ice: steep 1–2 tsp per 8–12 oz of hot water for 5–7 minutes, then pour straight over a full glass of ice.
  2. Cold brew: add the same measure to cold water and refrigerate 6–8 hours for a smoother, less-tart pitcher.
  3. Make it a mocktail: top with sparkling water and fresh fruit — Dragonfruit Mirage and Strawberry Hibiscus Atardecer are made for it.
